The system is fully integrated in the business of PA on a daily basis. Incorporated within the Management System is a full HSE program with prevention, detection, observation and regulation programs to ensure a safe and healthy work place for all employees. The quality programs and the HSE programs are seamlessly integrated into the business operating structure providing a comprehensive management system for the company.

Premier Alloys knows the importance of supply chain quality, the concept of proving the supply from raw material to finished goods thru out all companies that handle any aspect of it. Our vendor approval procedure reflects this all important aspect of quality.
Quality at Premier Alloys is a real world imperative, practised evey day as a way of doing business.
Premier Alloys maintains a quality control gage room well stocked with measuring equipment to handle most any machining, fabrication or assembly task. Micrometers to 40" size ranges, ring groove gages, height masters, radius gages, surface finish profile gages, dial bore gages, thread gages, drill pipe connection gages and a 48" Mic Trac for setting and calibration purposes are all available for support of Premier Alloys manufacturing activities.
A Rockwell bench hardness tester, three King Brinell hardness testers with calibration blocks, microscopes and King scan equipment and with various adapters to fit shapes and sizes are used every day in the company for hardness testing of material and components.
Calibrated thermometers, thermocouples and control instruments are used thru out the heat treating process.
