Saw Cutting
The efficient saw cutting of bars and forgings is essential to the processing of metal products of all sizes as it can make the greatest shape change in the least amount of time. The Premier Alloys saw shop is comprised of 5 horizontal band saws with the capacity to handle the largest materials encountered in low alloy, stainless steel and nickel alloys with blade selections to fit the material to be cut.

Amada H-1080 Horizontal band saw - 39 inch width x 31.50 inch height capacity and 20 tons weight capacity. With hydraulic feed table for accurate positioning.
Amada H-600 Horizontal band saw - 28 inch width x 22 inch height capacity and 10 tons weight capacity
Everising H-7056 Horizontal band saw - 28 inch width x 20 inch height capacity and 12 tons weight capacity. With hydraulic feed table for accurate positioning.
Metalis UE 250SSA Horizontal band saw - 10" square capacity, 200 kg weight capacity
All saws are supported with overhead cranes for safe loading and unloading of material and cut pieces.
