Assembly
The final assembly and interface or function testing of equipment is a required to prove the items manufactured for fit form and function; to ensure the end product performs as expected or contracted for by the end user. Reconditioning of equipment is also essential for our customers to keep their investment costs to a minimum in rental equipment used in the Oil and Gas market.
Premier Alloys operates a well equipped reconditioning and assembly shop in which customer equipment is stripped apart, cleaned, inspected for customer disposition, then Premier Alloys will recondition the equipment per the customer requirements. In additon, full assembly and testing of Premier Alloy manufactured items or in combination with customer supplied items or reconditioned items can be undertaken in whatever arrangement the customer or end user requires.
The assembly area also encompasses a hydraulic torque make up/break out machine with capacity to 120,000 ft-lbs of torque and diameters to 34 inches.
