Premier Alloys Pte Ltd is based at its own facility at 14 Gul Drive in the industrial area of Jurong/Tuas in Singapore. The facility at this location is comprised of a 78,000 sq feet land area and 55,500 sq ft of covered shop area, equipped with seven overhead cranes up to 16 ton capacity, heat treatment equipment, machines tools, fabrication equipment and test and inspection tools and facilities. The large covered operational area allows for the manufacturing, assembly, testing, storing, staging and packing of customer equipment. Hence, materials/equipment can be gathered from one or multiple supply locations in addition to the manufacturing/supply from PA and further processed, assembled or otherwise processed as the customer requires.
As an engineered solutions provider, Premier Alloys can manage a customers entire supply chain from raw material to finish machined components, parts kits or assemblies using the equipment and processes detailed herein.
Premier Alloys can and does provide long term contractural supply of materials or components with our customers on either a managed stock holding basis or consignment basis thru which our customers enjoy rapid delivery and known pricing structures.
Premier Alloys maintains a full range of machine tools for shapping products including manual and CNC Lathes, VTLs and milling machines with size ranges to 86" diameter, lengths to 18 meter, weights to 15 tons including trapanning and deep hole boring from 34" diameter to 2-1/2" diameter x 5 meter lengths or more.
The Premier Alloys inhouse heat treatment sytem has a weight capacity of 10 tons, size capacity of 87 inches x 87 inches x 50" high and temperature range up to 1100 degrees C. The heat treatment system has both water and polymer quenching ability and if required, oil quench can be performed. The furnace is API 6A Annex P approved.
Premier Alloys provides Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle, Dye penetrant and visual inspection of materials and products as well as mechanical testing and analysis as per the customers specifications. Alternatively, if the customer has no specifications Premier Alloys can use its own engineering specifications.
Premier Alloys has sources for additional capacity/equipment and services in various areas ranging from machining, fabrication, assembly, NDE inspection, Lab testing to transportation and freight forwarding.
